Trip Introduction
This awesome 9 night / 9 day Spring Break Australia 2024 experience takes in the absolute best of Queensland. From chilling poolside at Rainbow Beach to driving along a 75km long beach, swimming in crystal clear inland lakes to warm tropical waters. You’ll zoom along the ocean waves to one of the world’s best beaches, chill out on an island tropical paradise, experience the magical underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef, and party on in the crazy nightlife of Cairns. Itinerary
Brisbane Welcome
Arrive any time and make your way to our accommodation in Brisbane. Your tour leader will be there to welcome you and get the adventure started.
Day 1– Rainbow Beach
North to Noosa for beach time then onto Rainbow Beach to chill besides the pool in this cool Aussie destination. Off to the dunes for sunset then after dinner it’s time for tunes, meeting other travellers and enjoying the amazing clear night sky and stars.
Day 2 – Sands of Fraser Island
Into massive 4WDs and over to Fraser Island – the world’s largest sand island – to drive along the spectacular Seventy Five Mile Beach, take a rainforest walk and swim in the amazing Lake McKenzie. Onto the ferry back to the mainland for our overnight coach travel to Airlie Beach.
Day 3 – Sailing the Whitsundays
Join the crew on an exhilarating ride on super fast inflatable vessels to world famous Whitehaven Beach, pristine snorkelling reefs and guided Whitsunday Island National Parks walks.
Day 4 – Tropical Island Getaway
Across to Magnetic Island, a spectacular island resort for two days chilling out, swimming, sun baking, snorkelling, water activities, secluded beaches and nocturnal activities!
Day 5 – Fun & Sun
Sleep in! There are plenty of activities (own expense) to do on the island as well as exploring and enjoying the most of this tropical paradise with 23 pristine beaches and one of the largest koala populations in Australia
Day 6 – White Water Fun
Raft the famous Tully River, known for the best rafting rapids in Australia. Yell and scream down the mighty rapids on a full day of rafting before it’s onto our final destination of Cairns.
Day 7 – Great Barrier Reef & Ultimate Party
Experience one of the Seven Wonders of the World – The Great Barrier Reef – by snorkelling or diving (introductory dives available) among turtles, colourful fish and see an amazing variety of coral. Back on the mainland we head out for a crazy night on the ultimate party bus!
Day 8 – Tropics of Far North Queensland
Free day for options to chill poolside, jump out of a plane or head into the jungle to swim in natural pools. Come together for our final night farewell dinner to celebrate one of the most amazing trips you’ll ever do!
Day 9 – Check out
Return to your home city, stay longer or continue travelling to your next destination!
