Trip Itinerary
A great day out day mixing it up in the Hunter Valley, Australia’s oldest wine production region with more than 150 cellar doors producing wonderful wine including the renown Hunter Valley Shiraz and Semillon varietals. In the morning, we visit two great wineries, followed by lunch with a glass of beer or wine with 360-degree panoramic views of the picturesque Hunter Valley and vineyards. After lunch we spice up the action with tastings of vodka, gin and schnapps, then visit a third cellar door for a private group tasting.
During the day there will also be complementary tastings of local cheese and chocolate. Plus, we often see kangaroos so will stop for some photos. A professional driver/guide makes the day run smoothly, providing informative commentary and on-point music. With a maximum group size of only 20 happy people, this is a fun day experiencing a range of high-quality venues and activities in the Hunter Valley.
